Heather J. Whitfield

Heather’s practice includes all areas of U.S. immigration law with focus on employment-based immigration matters including: B1 OCS, E, H, L, O, P, Q, and TN non-immigrant visa classifications; PERM labor certification applications; I-140 immigrant petitions under EB-1(A, B and C), EB-2 and EB-3 classifications; I-526 EB-5 petitions for both direct and regional center projects. Heather also handles family-based immigration, consular visa processing, and outbound migration matters.

Having represented many large and multinational companies, Heather is experienced in advising corporate clients on immigration strategy, compliance, and procedure and process to ensure all immigration matters are handled seamlessly and efficiently.

At home, Heather enjoys volunteering with her local community as well as with the Junior League. Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their goldendoodle.
